Welcome to the 17-18 BeHIP wellness program. The program will remain the same for this year, except one small change in that we removed Distance exercised from the trackers. Time exercised will still be in the program. All the other trackers we used for points in 16-17 are still there. Please make sure you take advantage of using those trackers. They are easy to use and you do not need to be in them every day. If you have an electronic health device, such as a fitbit, garmin, jawbone, etc. you may sync that to the website and it will input data for you.
For Apple watch users, please download the Under Armour record app and use that for you exercise as that syncs well to the website and there are many different exercises you can choose on that app. (This is from my own personal experience.) There are also a couple other apps you can use such as MapmyWalk, Mapmyfitness, MapmyRun, etc., that also sync to Health Advocate.
(These verification documents can be mailed, emailed or faxed to Carmen Terry during the year)
