For some it can mean more social interaction with friends and family, for others it can be focused on physical health such as more sleep, better nutrition or moving more, and for others, it can be focused on mental health such as controlling the bad stress, seeking mental health counseling or building our resilience. Whatever that path to wellness means for you, it is important that you take just one step forward in making that path a little easier to navigate. Your health is truly important and without it life can seem out of control. Sometimes all you need to do is make one small change to help yourself.
