Fitness Classes

Pound Fitness with Amanda Bair-POUND is a full-body fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, drumming, yoga, and Pilates. Participants use weighted drumsticks called Ripstix to create the music while working out to loud music. POUND is designed to be intense, fun, and primal. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
